Last Time They Played...

The last time these teams played was in Round 11 of this season where the Cats dominated the match from start to finish with a few junk time goals for the Crows flattering them on the scoreboard.

Geelong have had the wood over Adelaide recently having won the last 5 match ups, including an away win at Adelaide Oval last year.

Recent Form

Coming into tonight the Cats have not been defeated in their last 4 matches. However that looks better on paper than it may actually be. In that time they have drawn with GWS and won two games by 2 points and 3 points respectively against bottom 8 teams where their opposition had a shot on the siren to win both matches.

The Crows look to have bounced back and found a little bit of form in recent weeks. After losing at home to Hawthorn as 36.5 point favourites they have won their next 3 including 59 and 46 point victories in their past 2.

The Teams

‚ÄčThe big news for both teams is that Patrick Dangerfield and Rory Sloane have both been named in their respective teams. Although with Sloane being named on the bench there will be big question marks hanging over his head in the lead up.

Bad news for the Crows though with Jake Lever out and replaced with a debutant which will make a major difference.

Our Prediction

Given the recent H2H record between the 2 clubs and Jake Lever missing from the side with big question marks hanging over Sloane as well the Cats look great value at the +15.5 line with Unibet
